巴西设计师Billy Butcher在80年代还是个孩子的时候，受到星期六电视卡通及广播收听的Post Punk及New Wave音乐极大的影响，于是当它成为设计师时，便把这两个元素结合在一起，將他喜欢的摇滚明星化身成为漫画中的超级英雄！
